We use a print-on-demand dropshipping service through our partner, Printful.(https://www.printful.com/) This means that each product you order is custom-made only after you place your order. Once an order is made, Printful handles the printing, packing, and shipping directly to you from their global fulfillment centers, and we don't hold any inventory ourselves.
Fulfillment time is how long it takes us to create your custom product before it ships out. This estimate doesn’t include shipping, so to determine when your order will arrive, add the shipping time to the fulfillment time.
On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
Our orders are fulfilled by Printful,(https://www.printful.com/academy/lessons/how-to-make-money-with-printful) which has an extensive network of fulfillment centers across the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and Japan. The location your order ships from depends on the product ordered and your location to ensure efficient delivery.
The total time includes both production (fulfillment) and shipping time.
• Fulfillment time: The average time to create your custom product is typically 2 to 5 business days.
• Shipping time: International shipping usually takes between 17 to 20 business days, depending on your location and the product type. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Since each item is custom-made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly fulfilled orders. We encourage you to check our detailed sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing.
• Damaged or mislabeled items: If your order arrives damaged or mislabeled, please contact us within a specific timeframe (e.g., within a week of delivery) with photos of the issue. We accept various payment methods through our e-commerce platform. The specific options (e.g., major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay) will be available at checkout.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with your tracking information. You can use the provided link to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Taxes are charged based on your location and local regulations. The final amount will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
We recommend referring to the specific sizing chart provided on each product page. To get the best fit, take your measurements and compare them to the chart.
Because all of our products are custom-made on demand when you place an order, we generally do not offer returns and exchanges unless there is an issue with the product itself. We highly recommend consulting the sizing charts available on every product page before making a purchase.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. We encourage you to review the detailed sizing charts provided in each product description to ensure the best fit. If you ordered the wrong size, you would need to place a new order at your own expense.
We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Once an order is placed and sent for production, it is custom-made specifically for you.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [insert your support email here] within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and photos of the problem. We will review your request and may offer a free replacement or refund without requiring a return of the physical item.
If you receive the incorrect item due to our error, please contact us at ar.ti@rofaiva.co.nz (ar.ti@rofaiva.co.nz)within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the item received, and we will work to send you the correct item or issue a refund.
If your package appears lost, please contact us at ar.ti@rofaiva.co.nz.(ar.ti@rofaiva.co.nz) We will investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
If an order is returned due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
