1. Dual-Brand Fulfilment

Ro Faiva Limited operates two distinct fulfilment models. Because your order may contain items from both Ro Faiva Art and Ar.Ti, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Regardless of how many packages your order requires, shipping is always free.

2. Shipping Rates

​

We believe in transparency. Shipping is FREE on all orders, worldwide—no minimum purchase required. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.

3. Shipment Processing & Delivery Estimates

​

Ro Faiva Art (Original Paintings & Fine Art):
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

  • NZ Delivery: Estimated 3–5 business days.

  • Australia & International: Estimated 5–10 business days.

Ar.Ti (Print-on-Demand Streetwear):
These items are custom-made at the time of purchase.

  • Fulfilment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create your apparel or accessories before they ship.

  • Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, delivery to NZ/Australia typically takes 5–20 business days depending on the production hub location.

4. Address Restrictions

​

Ro Faiva Limited and our carrier partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for Ar.Ti products. A physical street address is required for all orders.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

​

Ro Faiva Limited is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
