1. Dual-Brand Fulfilment

Ro Faiva Limited operates two distinct fulfilment models. Because your order may contain items from both Ro Faiva Art and Ar.Ti, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

2. Shipment Processing & Delivery Estimates

​

•  Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

  • NZ Delivery: Estimated 2–5 business days.

  • Australia & International: Estimated 5–10 business days.

• Ar.Ti (Print-on-Demand via Printful): These items are custom-made at the time of purchase.

  • Fulfilment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create your apparel or accessories before they ship.

  • Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, delivery to NZ/Australia typically takes 5–20 business days depending on the production hub location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight, size, and destination of all items in your shared cart.

• New Zealand: Flat rates start from $6.50 (Standard) or $9.95 (Rural).

• International: Live rates are provided at the final checkout page based on Printful's global shipping zones.

4. Address Restrictions

Ro Faiva Limited and our carrier partners (including Aramex and NZ Post) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for Ar.Ti products. A physical street address is required for all orders.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ro Faiva Limited is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
