Why am I seeing different shipping options in my cart?

Because you are shopping across two distinct collections! Ro Faiva items are shipped directly from our local HQ, while Ar.Ti streetwear and accessories are custom-made to order via our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Will my items arrive together?

Likely not. If you order a Ro Faiva painting and an Ar.Ti hoodie, they will ship from different locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each part of your order so you can follow their journeys individually.

How long will my Ar.Ti gear take to arrive?

Since Ar.Ti products are only made once you hit "buy," please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Most NZ/AU orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Ro Faiva stock items usually arrive much faster (3–5 working days locally).

Can I change my size after ordering an Ar.Ti item?

Once an order is sent to production (usually within a few hours), we cannot change the size or design. Please double-check the Printful Size Charts before confirming your purchase.

What if only part of my order arrives?

Don’t panic! Check your email for multiple tracking links. Your remaining items are likely still in transit from our other fulfilment hub.
